I make content for a living and nobody believes that I can actually build a business around making videos. I have over 500,000 subscribers. I make 400 plus videos per year and a small but growing team. And I still get this question all the time. Is this your actual business? And I'm partnering with Microsoft on this video because they power a lot of what we do, specifically Microsoft 365 Copilot Business. And I want to give you a little peak behind the curtain. if you want to be a content creator or already have a business, the first big area in which we leverage AI is research and strategy. So, if I'm browsing a newsletter or a website or a post somewhere, I throw it into Copilot and say, "Do the research for me." It goes deep, finds all relevant information, and then presents it to me in a really digestible way. I don't script any of my videos, but I put
together a brief outline, and Copilot helps me do that. The second area Copilot helps me sponsor management. I get a lot of big companies reaching out to me wanting to work with me, but I also get a lot of spam. And so I use Copilot to help sift through all of those emails to know which ones are legit good opportunities for me to explore and which ones are not. But probably one of the biggest unlocks that Copilot allows is contract review. I used to spend so much time reading every single word of a contract and now I simply put it into Copilot, give it my preferences on legal terms and then let it review it for me. And Copilot is great for this first pass. I still check critical information. I still have legal counsel as a fallback, but Copilot really does all of the first pass reviews for me now. And I have a prompt
like here are my preferred terms that I like to see in my contract. Liability caps, payment timelines, IP ownership and termination clauses and flag anything that you think is non-standard. And Copilot just goes through the whole thing and gives me exactly what I asked for. And automation is great, but I still have a need to build out my human team. And my team is able to operate as if we were a massive organization. We're able to land bigger deals because companies want to work with us because we are so efficient. And so all of the automation allows my team to do what they do best, critical decision-making and taste. Definitely try out Microsoft 365 co-pilot business because it's basically a cheat code.
